Issues With Dolphin 7.1.4 & Mbstring Extension

Ive just installed Dolphin 7.1.4 from script installer and after about an hour of editing the site and adding a few members the web site just stopped responding and now im getting this error message

mbstring extension not installed. Warning! Dolphin cannot work without mbstring extension.
Please go to the
Dolphin Troubleshooter
and solve the problem.

Ive tried the link and google the problem and most of the time its a server error with mysql and can only be solved with a reboot just wondering if anyone know how i can sort this as im on free hosting and cannot submit a ticket to admin for them to look into the issue

All fixed and working again the server fairy's have done it great stuff
