Issues with PHP version change??? - eval()

Hey, just signed up yesterday, requested the change to level 2, got upgraded last night, have everything set up and working... installed Joomla (CMS) without a hitch once the upgrade to level 2 went through, and now the next day I am getting the following error:

Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/slamit93/public_html/libraries/joomla/utilities/simplexml.php(334) : eval()'d code on line 334

which is the same error I got before I was upgraded. I need use of the eval function... any help would be appreciated.

It takes 6-12 hours for a php upgrade to take effect.

it took effect 18 hours ago.

I've already received the email, installed a website and used the eval() function since then.

just started working again... thanks if someone fixed this... if someone didn't fix it, any idea what might have caused it and is something I'm going to need to expect to deal with in the future?

We rebuilt Apache on Cossacks, that is what caused it.

Should be resolved now. This is not a normal occurrence.
