Issuse with forum linking

I have created both hosting account & forum account, but when it asks you to link your forum to your hosting account it keeps telling me
An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.


What do i do?????

For future reference, it's case sensitive etc. Glad it's fixed. *CLOSED*
