It Cannot Load Anything

:rant2:Every time i want to view the site it is not loading or it takes a lot of time to load, my ftp account is not working in fact nothing is working. :dunno:

I wish to know if the site is upgrading or is it just the connection,

The link didn't show that the server was down or anything, how come it's not loading or anything then. Mine is down as well by the way.
