What exactly is the multiple accounts problem? Does one account log in from multiple IPs count as multiple accounts? Or does one IP count as multiple accounts? If it is the latter, it is usually caused by using a public proxy. Why not just ban public proxy logins?
Moreover, since so many people have this problem, why do they just ban logins instead of giving a warning or banning logins for a few days?
