I've paid twice for the upgrade.

I seem to have paid twice for the upgrade. I paid on June 4, after I asked about it in this forum as there was no button for paypal. Once it was activated again, I paid. However, I have just had an email from paypal to say I have paid again today. £9.81 each time. I don't mind paying for the upgrade, but it's not right to take it out twice. I would really appreciate it if someone could look into this. Thank you.

The starter package is a subscription based service so it will automatically be paid via your PayPal after the first year of sign up therefore, there is no manually intervention required.

If you do believe paying this twice doing so manually caused a double charge please direct message me here on the forums the PayPal transaction ID you are seeing so I can review this with our team and get the proper refund completed as needed.
