Hi,
I'm far from an expert here, so bare with me... I've built a website using the Apple product 'iWeb' and am now looking to publish it online. iWeb allows websites to be uploaded using FTP/SFTP.
Referencing the Cpanel FTP area, I created an FTP account, username and password, and then copied the listed server address, username and password details from the created FTP account (found in configuration settings) to iWeb... and tried to test/make a connection.
When selecting the 'FTP' option for the connection, the following error occurs:
"A connection couldn't be established"
However, when selecting the 'SFTP' option, it seems to make a connection, but then repeatedly requests a password. I've tried any number of password combinations, changed passwords at the account and FTP account level... but still to no avail.
PLEASE HELP - this is becoming very frustrating - how can I get this connection working?!
Server address: ftp.sarahdylan.com.au
FTP username: sarahdylan@sarahdylan.com.au
Thanks in advance.
