I was wondering if I could get a tutorial on installing Jenkins to my website? I realise that the server is on a Linux OS, however the download does only come in specific OSes, such as a Unix Daemon, Solaris 10 on a Hudson, etc.
Could anyone explain how to do this please?
Any help would be appreciated.

Unless I am wrong, Jenkins is written in Java.

Java is not enabled on Free Hosting accounts.

If you are looking to install any piece of software like that, look into paid hosting, perhaps a VPS. I doubt if any free service would allow you to run that on their machines.

Nor would most low-cost shared hosts (including x10Premium). "Continuous integration" means "a build server run by daemons", basically. It's all about file storage and long-running processes, neither of which is usually welcome in a shared hosting environment. You would need either a VPS or a dedicated/co-located server.
