Joomla 2_5

I've tried installing Joomla 2.5 through Softalicious and by placing it in the public_html folder (and creating a DB), and have no success being able to open Joomla through a web browser.

I created a support ticked and the only information I got from it was that it was closed.

I really have no idea what is wrong.

How about a tutorial with screen shots or better yet a Youtube Playlist that goes in very simple steps.

I think if one or both of theses suggestions were implemented, X10's customers would greatly appreciated it.

Open a new ticket.
Tell them it is a DNS issue, that ns1.x10hosting.com does not have an entry for your domain.
It has nothing to do with Joomla.
