Joomla (Can't install components etc..now..)

I have searched for a same possible error but I didn't find nothing..
After today's change i can't install anything on joomla..... and now give me this error message (translated to english):

The filing-cabinet sent for the dir. /media fails when moving.

I have Intermediate PHP Configuration.


I'm doing something wrong now?

You maybe need the Php Version 3 in order for the Joomla Component to operate since a lot of Joomla Components are heavy coded.

No , i have tried again but with no sucess, my pending for Advanced PHP Configuration was denied but i was already at version two before that...

(Your application for PHP v3 was denied. The reason stated is -"Please apply for an upgrade to version two. Version three is not for general use. You need a very good reason to have your account upgraded to that version.")
