Is Their a Tutorial or a guide or any1 that can help with:

Being Able to edit things inside Joomla.

Does it work the same way as using LocalHost ?

Or Do i have to know some coding !?

You need to know PHP, and a bit of MySQL if yo want to add things to the database.
It should remain localhost.
