Joomla Error Code Help

Does anybody know why I get this error when trying to post a new article in Joomla?

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /administrator/index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

you need to login to joomla with your admin info?

I logined with the admin account and I still get this message. I also chmoded the required files to 777.
