I have chmod'ed all the files needed and for some reason the install.php wont work for me -_- any help would be much appreciated, thxs guys.

In the future, please check the news before posting about server problems: http://forums.x10hosting.com/showthread.php?t=25040. All news pertaining to the server move is/will be posted there. Chances are, this problem will be resolved after the move.
