Joomla Templates

Hey there, I just signed up for the premium hosting account and so far its been working great. However I just ran into an issue and I was hoping someone could help me. I am running Joomla 1.5 on my website, and I'm trying to get this template called Quasar to work, however I cannot. In fact, I can't even get the preloaded templates to work, its stuck on the original template. I do have JFusion on the account to bridge phpbb3 and joomla, and a few other things. Does anyone have an idea why I can't change templates? Keep in mind I am pretty new to Joomla and may have made a novice mistake.

I do not know exactly what your problem is, you've installed everything right?
template and gantry framework?
