Joomla upload/install error

Hello,
I made this site http://kdesi.x10.mx. I installed Joomla using softaculous, the site appears to be working fine but then i try to upload n install any extension via joomla extension manager i gt this server error

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, no-reply@x10hosting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Well, site was running fine, the problem was with installing extensions in joomla
and now just two minutes ago, i lost both my databses :| wow, thats superb...how come the database just shoo away.

Ok guess that was due to some maintanence by the staff..hehehe...thanks the databse are back..and the installing extensions problem is also cured, thanks
