my account has been suspended for no ads but i have the ads text in everypage, and i'm publishing x10hosting in every forum what i can (i'm really happy with the service)

i have made a mistake with my registration form i'm really need a advanced plan and i ask for a corporate plan, that was the reason because my account has suspended; i put a text ads and for the corporate i have to put the banner.
Please downgrade my account and unsuspend please!

Ok, We ran a script that suspended people with out ad's, Umm.. if you have an index.html or index.php in your file manager I think it needs to have ad's so every page needs ad's I'm going to unsuspend you and you make sure you have ad's on EVERY page..

Make sure you have the right ad's. for your package.

my account user is mapache. I have the wrong ads, y have corporate plan and text ads. If is possbile i want to change from corporate to advanced.
