What do you mean just making sure that you don't lose your current hosting account.

To avoid inactivity suspension, simply login to these forums at least once every 31 days. Remember to stay a few minutes or so to ensure the system records your visit. This is a good time to read News and Announcements.

I sometimes download the daily software from there as some of them are really useful, though sometimes its useless (but its free)
