Just opened new account and one domain name - already blocked!?

Hi -

I just opened an account, and set up one domain.

When I tried to find a way to upload an html page, I got a notice that my account has been suspended, apparently due to questionable content.

Problem is, I had not uploaded anything - I haven't learned how yet.

Any way out of this mess?
