Okay a few comments.

• The site looks a little too basic, you might want to try to find a better template.
• Your 'TOS' and "Why choose us?" pages should be using the template, instead of just having the blank background.

Apart from those issues it looks like you have some okay content for your website. So good luck!

Anyways it's a really simple site, you should integrate the TOS and other links into you site design.

Both sentences are likely being violated:

1) By allowing other users to upload content to the site, specifically images, you are not the only person using the account.
2) By allowing other users to upload content to the site, specifically images, you are also giving away web-hosting services of your website to other parties.



But other than the TOS violation, the whole site itself seems put together in a rush. The TOS and Why Us pages don't match AT ALL, the site slogan makes no sense, and your TOS basically says you take no responsibility for any of the images uploaded to the site (x10 however WILL hold you responsible for those images since they're on YOUR account, so keep that in mind)


Personally, with it being put together in such a hurry, I wouldn't want to use it, regardless of it being a file-host.

If you're on paid it'd be fine, but if not...Well...



Edit: I should note that I'm not staff so I can't make the judgement on if it's violating the TOS or not, but it certainly looks like it is.
