Lancaster pics

At the airport were I live today, they were showing off a Lancaster bomber. I thought I would post a couple pics I took for you guys. There is one pic there of the tailgun, thats were my grandpa used to sit he was a rear tailgunner in a lancaster during ww2. Theres more pics at my site.

Well, I`ll take that as a compliment. He was part of a group called the "dam busters" I`m sure some here has heard of them ??

no not in the airforce I have alot more pics some of the inside of the cockpit. This lancaster flies into our airport once and awhile. We are the only airport in Canada that repaints and restores old ware planes. This one was just in for show.
