Hi i have a screen resolution query.
By pixels i understand, a smallest independently addressable PHYSICAL unit and the screen is made up of say for e.g. 800 * 600 screen resolution, 800 pixels wide and 600 pixels in high. Is that correct
When a laptop has a max screen res of 1920*1080 and same is for LCD TV what is the actual difference in terms of pixels since LCD TV are larger and wider than laptops
Is it that the pixels on LCD TV are bigger in size than those on Laptop.
Q.2 I want to run digital signage on a LCD mainly flash files and images (jpeg/png/gif etc) so do I need to resize those flash files embedded image or other jpeg image, png, gif images to the max resoluton of LCD TV so that images are not jagged.
