Nice website, there's nothing I can see that is out of order, that I can criticize. The colors blend nicely, good work. Maybe a different banner though.

Hmm. Well, the text is a bit small, but I guess there's always the text increase function. So no worries there. I suppose the only thing I think it's missing is a stand out graphic/text for the home page title; something to go with the header. I don't think Welcome to the Hunnies IRC Network! in such small text gives the welcome page enough of a bang.
