Let me not send data to the database

I am trying to send data from an external device to my database, and not let me. I reviewed the code in php, and 20 times and it's all right.
Can I be telling you can be?
I'm linking a form with HTML5 php concecta table with the database.

do to the large security risk - x10hosting's free-hosting accounts do not have remote MySQL database access (both incoming and outgoing from the account) - x10hosting's firewall blocks all remote database access

Already security risk, it's just for testing before the end of the project.
So you can not access the database from other PCs ?, I thought it was so able x10Hosting.
Would I can confirm ?.
