If people upload viruses or porno or whatever onto our sites can we get in trouble?

I'm just wondering because i've been hearing more and more about viruses being brought into more and more trusted/safe sites.

ummm.... Why wouldnt you? Yeah your site would get suspended, and probably never unsuspended. If it's really bad Corey can take it more serious and take it to the law.

You are responsible for everything on your site. Giving access to other people is no excuse. This includes upload scripts and the such.
