make sure your using your cpanel username. When you signed up, you created 2.
If you don't remember your cpanel username, then you can visit x10hosting.com/panel.php, login in with your forum login, and get your cpanel username. if you forgot the password, you can reset the password there.

Please make sure you are signing in at this URL:

Attempting to sign in to another server's cPanel will not work. In addition, take note that you are using this cPanel username:
libisa
cPanel usernames are case-sensitive, so be sure you are using all lower-case letters. If you would like to reset your cPanel password (as suggested above by supermatthew), the direct link to do so is http://x10hosting.com/panel.php?resetpasswd
