This is not the suspension dispute area, however that does explain why WHMCS has no record of your license. That license is from WHMCSMod, who do custom modules for WHMCS installs. It shows you have a license for their Teamspeak 3 module, which is not what caused your suspension.
Your suspension is because you do not have a license for the WHMCS install that module is installed into. This would be similar to having a nulled vBulletin install with a paid CometChat plugin - the plugin is paid for, but the base software still requires a valid license to be purchased. This is also backed up by that WHMCS does not have a $30/mo licensing option - they have $15.95 for branded and $18.95 for unbranded.
Complicating matters is that in the mean time, we have investigated and confirmed the base WHMCS install on your account is a known warez release from a group that specializes in pirated software. As such the suspension will be standing as permanent, as we do not allow warez on our services.
