Is there a limit to the number of times on the free account I can make SQL requests, or hits on the page? Because I am using this as a database for another game, and there might be 100-200 hits a minute on my page, and most of them making sql query and I just wanna make sure my account wont get suspended because of this. Once the stuff gets set up and going, I will buy premium, but for now am I okay? Or should I be careful?

Your Free Hosing account is for your site here, not somewhere else.
If all you are using it for is as a mySQL database for another site, I believe that the Admins will view it as a violation of the T.O.S. , similar to file hosting.

  • File Storage: Accounts are not to be used for file storage, your account will be permenantly suspended if found to be breaking this rule. Downloads are only allowed on your x10Hosting account if they have to do directly with your website. e.g. you developed custom software and are selling it or giving it away. Accounts may not be used for mirrors, game file hosting, or any other type of file hosting not specified here.

I should also note that if it's 100-200 queries a minute for a game, there's a good chance the amount of data being captured and returned would cause the account to undergo a high-resource-usage disable where it takes it offline for the remainder of the hour, especially with it having to go through a php front-end. This would be the biggest obstacle, besides the aforementioned ToS problem.

Finally - if you want a MySQL database server for a game, why not look in to setting something up through http://x10VPS.com/ where you can manage your own server and, within reason, do whatever you want. Subject to the usual T's&C's, of course!
