"Link Account" Error

Hello all,

I've been having this problem for a while but just haven't taken the time to fix it because school has kept me pretty busy this semester. Anyway..here is the problem.

When I login on the x10hosting homepage, it takes me to a page that says "In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account."

1) I have the ad-free hosting account, not the ad-enhanced.
2) My hosting account has already been previously linked with my forum account.
3) After typing in my hosting account username anyway just to see if it'll let me continue on to cPanel, it comes back with the error "the hosting username you specified does not exist"

Any idea what's going on here?

My hosting username is "apoadmin"
My domain is "shepherdapo.elementfx.com"
I haven't logged in for quite a while because of this error and the lack of time to seek help for it.
I log into the forum quite often.

What is your cPanel username? And when did you last login? If it's been too long then I if I am not wrong your account has been terminated.

Yeah, it will. after being suspended a while the system will just delete the account.

I had not logged in for about 4 days when this error first started. That was probably a month ago and I haven't been able to get in since then.

I'm pretty sure I use "apoadmin" for the cpanel login. At least thats what I have listed in my original registration emails.

If it has been deleted, shouldn't I be able to make a new account and just reuse that username?

The account doesn't exist..

Error:
The hosting account does not exist. It may have been terminated.

In this case, then Yes.. you can create a new one. Just remember to login once every 2 weeks to the forums, you're not required to post.. Just log in.

Your account is now linked correctly to your forum account.
