Link Account Problem

Thanx for your replies yesterday.

My account is still being suspended. I assume it is because I am unable to link my cpanel account with my forum account. It tells me that my email address is not configured. I checked and all info looks OK to me.

Any ideas ???

My cpanel user name is pam

I logged on to the user forum yesterday.

This is the error message that I get.

The account specified is missing it's contact email address, this could be caused by one of two things: Either the account does not have a contact email address set, or our backend system has not updated yet. Updates to the backend occur every few hours

Is the domain pam.pcriot.com ? If so i will add the contact email and link your accounts

I have just noticed that even tho I have an Ad free account the error message starts with the following..

In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.

I've linked the hosting account "pam" to your forum account.

You should be able to login at: http://x10hosting.com/account with your FORUM username and password.
