when i have link the cPanel to my forum name..do i need then to login to the forums and the cPanel to cape my account active??? or can i yust login to my cPanel?

You won't need to login in cPanel. Once in the forum every two weeks. I've explained why multiple times in some other threads, check the news for more information on it.
