link to account issue

when logging to hosting account it pops up saying link to forum account to access ad-enchanced panel..
tried to link but says account does not exist yet when using http I can see the site fine

i should have adfree account however not ad-enchanced

can not log into ftp either

The hosting account "tink" doesn't exist. It may have been terminated.
If you didn't login to the forum for 2 weeks, your account gets suspended. If you don't claim for unsuspension in approximately 7 days, your account gets automatically terminated.
