The issue is that although my support requests are posted (via x10hosting.com control panel) by user iamkrohn, I cannot log in to the forum with username iamkrohn.
When I attempt to reset my password, the email I receive indicates the email address is attatched to username iamadamkrohn56. I can still log in as iamadamkrohn56, but cannot reply to the original thread mentioned above.
How can this be resolved?

You can go here http://x10hosting.com/forums/login.php?do=lostpw to recover the password for your iamkrohn. Then login as iamadomkrohn56 and go here http://x10hosting.com/forums/profile.php?do=editpassword, and then change your email for iamadamkrohn56 to a different throwaway email account. Then login back in and change the email for iamkrohn to the one that you want.

Thank you for your help. I figured out (with help from deleted emails) that this forum account was still linked to a different email address, not the address associated with my hosting account. My bad.
