Links to the site are certainly okay as long as you don't represent yourself as being part of or affiliated with x10Hosting. I somehow doubt that any hosting provider would have trouble with a "powered by" link unless your site is doing something illegal or inappropriate that would damage the corporation by association. Since you are not involved in providing illegal downloads (and all of your tools links are to the original providers), you ought to be okay. (Nice site, by the way.)
