Before I support you with this, what kind of content are you hosting? Your domain (yourmomwantsitbad.co.uk) is a little bit inappropriate.

sorry, there's a new:

now it seems to get the cPanel name, I'm not sure, but now it says
"Confirmation E-mail sent, please check your E-mail and follow the instructions."
Also yesterday it says so, but I haven't received any email
thx again

:eek4:
it isn't mine :eek4:

I haven't one yet
Last year I had a .exofire.net but I think it's down or deleted for inactivity :dunno:
Edit:
Ok, I've to be complete:
last year I was "pablo06" but yesterday, in order to re-active my account I have requested email for reset password.

But it doesn't work or maybe I've done something wrong :dunno:

So I've registered "elpablo06" just yesterday, but I never had the domain you've reported above :eek4:

And "elpablo06" too doesn't work
Edit:
------------

ok, "elpablo06" now is working, and I'm able to get in the "Hosting Account Information".

In "Contact E-mail Address" there's an email that isn't my email, and it seems there's no way to change it :rant2:

And more: "my Primary Domain" is what I want, but there's a page I've never published :eek4: :eek4:

And I cannot access to "cPanel URL" with my username & password to delete or change it!!!
(It refers to what you said above :eek4: )

How many username / password I must know to access?

One for the forum: it's ok
One for "Hosting Account" : it's ok

Another one for cPanel? :dunno:
Edit:
---------------

Finally I've succesfully changed the password and email for cPanel, so removed that bad page.

Now all is working fine

p.s.: I don't not very well how, but it's going this way...

bye :)
