Link your Hosting Account

I am unable to link my hosting account to my forum account.
Whenever I enter my account username it says :

An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.

Can anyone help me out?

I have the same name for my hosting account username as well as my forum account username : oculus

Can you give the subdomain name and the date when you created the account?

The subdomain name is ElementFX. I signed up on July 12th,2008.
