Your cPanel username. Check the e-mails that you received when you signed up for one of our hosting plans if you have forgotten it.

I got 2 mails, just from the forum. And I used that account and they say:"The hosting username you specified does not exist."

The hosting/cPanel is different. You need to sign-up for a separate hosting account then link your Forum and hosting accounts together.
You can sign-up for a hosting account on the x10 homepage.
