Linking Account

I have just created a new account and when I login into the main page http://x10hosting.com it asks me to enter my Forum username to link it and when I do it gives me this error.

An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.

Is there somewhere I have to go to login into my Cpanel is that my problem? Any help is appreciated thanks.
