Linking Account

My site, ScottChambers.pcriot.com is currently down. When I long in, it asks me to present my cpanel name to link the account. I do so and it says it doesn't exist. Can anyone help me?

I try to make sure I do every week or so. I've just never had this error before.

And now I'm getting this:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

Wow, why? Damn, part of my site is not backed up.. I hope it is not deleted from the system

If you don't login to the forums in two weeks, your account gets suspended for inactivity. Once suspended, you've 10 days to claim for unsuspension. If you don't claim for unsuspension, your account gets automatically terminated from our servers.
This is what happened to your account.

You can create a new account if you want.

..but I have logged in. Apparently it wasn't tracking it and I wasn't aware. So this means I lost all my content?

If the account was linked to this forum name and you were logging in, it would have tracked it. It's possible you skipped logging in for two weeks and it was suspended then you logged in after. Logging in again after it's suspended does not unsuspend it.

You must request the unsuspension once it's suspended.

Do you know if it was adfree or adenhanced or possibly what server you are on? I can check backups but they would be old if we have one. (Around Dec, or Jan)
