Linking Account

Hi,

I'm having problems accessing my cPanel. I get the following error:

The hosting username you specified does not exist.

My forum hosting name and my account name ought to be the same: jfsknight. The email addresses ought to the same too. I can login just fine to both. I just can't link the account.

Your Forum account is linked to the cPanel account 'jsposato'. Try using this username to login to cPanel.
