linking accounts

im not completely sure on what to do, sorry im new to this site, ive made both accounts, the x10 one and the forum one and do i really have to wait a few hours? it says my account doesnt exist which is confusing me!

Once your account is created it should link automatically. After signing up for hosting you should have received two activation Emails, one for the forum, one for hosting. If you didn't receive your hosting activation email try going here:

well this is dumb...
i can log onto the site and get to the stage where it wants my cp username, and i used the same name on both sites so i cant be getting the mixed up, i entered my name for the recovery thing you linked me too but its telling me my account doesnt exist even though im logged in! any thoughts?

You appear to already be linked, however we can't find your account.

Can you log into cPanel ( http://yoursubdomainhere:2082 ) and view your site OK?

What about the account panel ( http://www.x10hosting.com/login ) What error does that give? If any?
