I know that there is a sticky on this, but i still cant figure it out.
my site is os.exofire.net on an ad-free server. I basically found every email setting both in my administrative settings at x10hosting and cpanel and changed every possible email input to my actual email. however, i never recieved anything, nor did i recieve the verification message that was supposed to appear when i log into x10hosting a few hours according to the guide.
I haven't checked the site in a few months and now its suspended w/o the option to unsuspend. the reason is "Found by syncHostingAccounts cron script, suspended for unknown reasons." I would appreciate any help to solve either one of the two problems, which i highly suspect are the same.
EDIT: and i forgot to mention that my cpanel username is trojan
