Linking Accounts

Hi dont know if this is the correct place to post, but I cant log into my cpanel, and when i log into my account it asks me to enter my account username to link accounts, however it doesnt work.

I am also having a similar problem. I believe I have correctly linked my account 'nivlac' to the forums and I signed up for an ExoFire sub-domain. I used nivlac both at the original sign-up and when signing up for the forums as well. I can successfully login to my account but it then asks me for my Cpanel user name. I enter nivlac and it tells me that's an invalid account.

Now, I just did sign-up 15 minutes ago, so am I just not waiting long enough or am I just missing something painfully obvious?

What gives? I can log in, but cant get passed the link accounts page. ronniestokie doesnt work!

If i remember rightly to create an account for x10 not the forums, it couldnt be more than 8 characters, so i choose "ronstoke". I've tryed this as well and it wont work.

Help please!
