linking host to forum error

I followed the instructions on linking the host to your forum and waited 3 hours but when I go to www.x10hosting.com/accounts it gives me this error:

An Error Has Occurred
Whoops, an error occurred retrieving your account's data from our system. Please try your request again in a few moments.

Can you help me, please?

I do not know if this will help you, but IE gives me this error about the account page:

The cPanel user you're asking for support is for: "gghbrad", but the hosting account you've liked to your forum account is: "matt".

You can only have one hosting account...
