Linking hosting account cpanel

I had this Issue of not being able to connect to my control panel and I posted it previously and I was told I didn't seem to have a cpanel and that I should come to the chat, but when ever I sign in it always says "Offline" my original post is forums.x10hosting.com/free-hosting/53621-cpanel-not-loging.html I don't know what to do, Help is appreciated.

Additional Information: My Forum username is same as my x10 username

http://x10hosting.com/account iz where I get told to put in my "account username" which I did and it didn't work. Note my cpanel was there before, so it not like I never had it.

When did you create this account? I am not seeing a cPanel either. If you created this account awhile account and it became inactive then it was probably terminated.

You can go here http://x10hosting.com/logout and sign up for a new account if this is the case.
