Linking issues / delete acc

Im trying to make a new website, i had made on months ago, and it has become inactive, and i want to remove it to make a different type of site with a different name, but i cannot get into the control panel because it says something about linking the account and it wants a username i have used both my hosting account username and my forum account username. can some one please delete my old account, username Chief, or link it so that i can change it myself (if that is at all possible)

No, the new account should be sent to your email and both of your account will be banned cause you are having two account.
The best you can do right now is go to http://support.x10hosting.com/
And tell them that you have two account and you are sorry and want to delete one account
