Linking my Accounts

I'm having some trouble linking my accounts. I can login on the front page fine, but when I try to link them, it gives me the "email not set" error. I've heard about the cPanel and setting the email there, but I have no idea how to access it.

You first need to log in to your cPanel account Index of /
After login in, at the top you'll see "Please update your contact information here." You'll have to click on "HERE", and you have to put a contact email address. Then you'll be able to link your accounts.

Sorry about the late reply...

Every time I try to access incinera.x10hosting.com/cpanel, I get a timeout error.

No active firewall, no proxy. Even windows firewall is off, and I can access other sites fine.
What to do?

If that doesn't work, does http://incinera.x10hosting.com work?

Sorry about these reply delays; I haven't put my new gmail on Thunderbird yet... No reply notify

I'm still getting a timeout when attempting to view incinera.x10hosting.com. I can view other sites perfectly fine, but this one just won't work... I have tried both Firefox and IE6 (I uninstalled IE7 due to Movie Maker conflict) and neither will show the page.

I do find it funny that the site I can't view yet shows up on google, though. :nuts:

That is weird I am able to access it just fine. It's possible you were blocked by our firewall. Please PM me your IP address so I can check.
