Linking my hosting account

Not really sure whats going on here, i registered jonandvictoria.elementfx.com with my email gazallison12@yahoo.com

i have another site i have no issues with

when logging on via http://x10hosting.com/account i get a screen saying link my host account in order to use ad-enhanced, when i put what i believe should be my account user name, and click "link hosting account"

i get the following "
An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist."

so i cant access my c-pannel or domain, also cant connect using cuteFTP

Any thoughts?

What are your cPanel login names? You said you have 2? What are they, and we'll look into it.

im registered as r008842 with http://www.1000reasons.elementfx.com under a hotmail account, this one works fine and no issues.

The new one is username gazzynova as far as i know, registered under my yahoo account.

A senior staff will link it, which account do you want to keep? You cant have 2 accounts.

oh right, well the 1000reasons one is my primary one so il keep that, i.e. the hotmail account

Ok, so I'll close this thread then as you'll keep the other account.
You can still host another website in your main account. You can do this with "Addon Domains".
