Linux alternative for Flash 8 Pro?

I was wondering, does anyone knows a free easy to install (as example a debian packet) alternative i can use on my Xubuntu 7.10, instead of using Windoze for Flash 8 Pro? I need it so i can make designs for more stuff when its late in the night.

Me too, I use Ubuntu and I would like to find some kind of open-source alternative to Flash which will generate SWF files.

I don't think there is any Flash alternative for Linux for now, I've been searching for a long time.

I don't think there is. Is it possible to use Wine for Flash?
