I don't completely understand how to create the site. Could someone help me?

Well, you either download a free template, buy one, or make it yourself. Then just fill in all the stuff that is needed, and put in your graphics. Then just upload it to the public_html folder and viola, you will have your website.

Read the tutorials in the tutorial sections they have some good ones there which tell you how to create a site.

There are many web-creating programs for easy web-making. My favorite is Adobe Dreamweaver CS3. That's what I use when I'm lazy. Notepad is a thing of the past =) You can download a trial of Dreamweaver from the adobe website.

Also, you probably have to know some coding to start making a page. There are tutorials that helped me greatly available for free HERE
