You don't need to open multiple tickets; the reason I didn't reply to the other one is we've said in the past that you just have to read the TOS and that says what's allowed and what isn't. There's nothing disallowing arcade scripts anywhere in the TOS.

Just make sure none of the games being installed violate copyright.
